1. الإيمان بالله تعالى — Belief in Allah (God Almighty)
2. الإيمان بالملائكة — Belief in the Angels
3. الإيمان بالكتب السماوية — Belief in the Divine Books
4. الإيمان بالرسل والأنبياء — Belief in the Messengers and Prophets
5. الإيمان باليوم الآخر — Belief in the Last Day (Day of Judgment)
6. الإيمان بالقدر خيره وشره — Belief in Divine Destiny (Qadar), both its good and its bad
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " عَجَبًا لِأَمْرِ الْمُؤْمِنِ ؛ إِنَّ أَمْرَهُ كُلَّهُ خَيْرٌ، وَلَيْسَ ذَاكَ لِأَحَدٍ إِلَّا لِلْمُؤْمِنِ، إِنْ أَصَابَتْهُ سَرَّاءُ شَكَرَ فَكَانَ خَيْرًا لَهُ، وَإِنْ أَصَابَتْهُ ضَرَّاءُ صَبَرَ فَكَانَ خَيْرًا لَهُ " [أخرجه مسلم].
تتحدث الآيات من 253 إلى 255 من سورة البقرة عن تفضيل الله لبعض الرسل، ومواجهة الاختلافات بين الأمم، وآية الكرسي التي تدل على عظمة الله وقدرته الشاملة. وفيما يلي الترجمة التفصيلية لهذه الآيات.
الآية 253:
"تِلْكَ الرُّسُلُ فَضَّلْنَا بَعْضَهُمْ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍ مِّنْهُم مَّن كَلَّمَ اللَّهُ وَرَفَعَ بَعْضَهُمْ دَرَجَاتٍ وَآتَيْنَا عِيسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ الْبَيِّنَاتِ وَأَيَّدْنَاهُ بِرُوحِ الْقُدُسِ وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ مَا اقْتَتَلَ الَّذِينَ مِن بَعْدِهِم مِّن بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَتْهُمُ الْبَيِّنَاتُ وَلَكِنِ اخْتَلَفُوا فَمِنْهُم مَّنْ آمَنَ وَمِنْهُم مَّن كَفَرَ وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ مَا اقْتَتَلُوا وَلَكِنَّ اللَّهَ يَفْعَلُ مَا يُرِيدُ"
- التفسير: هذه الآيات تذكر أن الله فضل بعض الرسل على بعض، فمنهم من كلم الله مباشرة، ورفع بعضهم درجات عالية. كما أعطى عيسى ابن مريم المعجزات، وأيده بروح القدس. ولو أراد الله، لما اقتتل الناس من بعدهم من بعد وصول البينات لهم، ولكنهم اختلفوا، فمنهم من آمن ومنهم من كفر، وهذا يوضح أن الاختلاف والكفر لم يكن بقدرة الله بل هو اختيار من البشر.
الآية 254:
"يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَنفِقُوا مِمَّا رَزَقْنَاكُمْ مِّن قَبْلِ أَن يَأْتِيَ يَوْمٌ لَّا بَيْعٌ فِيهِ وَلَا خُلَّةٌ وَلَا شَفَاعَةٌ وَالْكَافِرُونَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ"
- التفسير: يطلب الله من المؤمنين أن يتصدقوا وينفقوا مما رزقهم الله، قبل أن يأتي يوم لا يمكن فيه شراء شيء ولا استرضاء الخلان ولا شفاعة لأحد. فالكافرون هم الذين يظلمون أنفسهم حين لا ينفقون.
الآية 255:
"اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ لَا تَأْخُذُهُ سِنَةٌ وَلَا نَوْمٌ لَّهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ مَن ذَا الَّذِي يَشْفَعُ عِندَهُ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ وَلَا يُحِيطُونَ بِشَيْءٍ مِّنْ عِلْمِهِ إِلَّا بِمَا شَاءَ وَسِعَ كُرْسِيُّهُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَلَا يَئُودُهُ حِفْظُهُمَا وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيمُ"
- التفسير: هذه هي آية الكرسي، وهي من أعظم
- آيات القرآن. تثبت أن الله وحده المستحق للعبادة، وهو الحي الذي لا يموت، والقيوم الذي يقوم على كل شيء. لا يعتريه نعاس أو نوم، فكل شيء في السماوات والأرض هو ملك له. ولا أحد يشفع عنده إلا بإذنه. علم الله شامل لكل شيء، ولا يحيط أحد بعلمه إلا بما يشاؤه هو. وسعت قدرة الله السماوات والأرض، وحفظهما لا يثقله أو يشق عليه، فهو العلي المتعالي عن كل نقص والعظيم.
The verses 253–255 of Surah Al-Baqarah speak about Allah’s preference among His messengers, the differences among nations, and Ayat al-Kursi, which declares Allah’s majesty and all-encompassing power. Below is a detailed translation and explanation of these verses:
Verse 253:
"Those messengers—We gave some of them more (favors) than others. Among them were those to whom Allah spoke, and He raised some of them in rank. And We gave Jesus, the son of Mary, clear proofs, and We supported him with the Holy Spirit. And if Allah had willed, those (nations) succeeding them would not have fought each other after clear proofs had come to them; but they differed—some of them believed and some disbelieved. And if Allah had willed, they would not have fought each other; but Allah does whatever He wills."
Explanation: These verses affirm that Allah has preferred some messengers over others—some spoke directly to Him, and others were raised in higher ranks. Jesus, son of Mary, was granted miracles and strengthened by the Holy Spirit. Yet, after clear signs came to them, people differed—some believed, while others rejected faith. This shows that human conflict and disbelief are due to people’s own choices, not divine compulsion.
Verse 254:
"O you who have believed, spend from what We have provided for you before there comes a Day when there will be no trade, nor friendship, nor intercession. And the disbelievers—they are the wrongdoers."
Explanation: Allah commands believers to spend in charity and do good deeds with what He has given them before the Day of Judgment arrives—a day when no trade, friendship, or intercession will help anyone. The disbelievers are those who wrong themselves by withholding and rejecting faith.
Verse 255 (Ayat al-Kursi):
"Allah! There is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of all existence. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is before them and what will be after them, and they encompass not a thing of His knowledge except for what He wills. His Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation tires Him not. And He is the Most High, the Most Great."
Explanation: This is Ayat al-Kursi, one of the greatest verses in the Qur’an. It affirms that Allah alone is worthy of worship. He is ever-living, self-sustaining, unaffected by sleep or slumber. All that exists in the heavens and earth belongs to Him. No one can intercede except by His permission. His knowledge covers everything, and His power extends over all creation. Preserving the heavens and the earth does not burden Him. He is the Most High, the Most Great.
There is no compulsion in religion; truly the right way has become distinct from error. So whoever disbelieves in false gods and believes in Allah has grasped the firmest handhold, one that will never break. And Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing."

يوم يجمع الله الرسل
كبمة سواء هي كلمة التوحيد
لا اله الا الله
وَإِن تَوَلَّوْا فَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ مَوْلَاكُمْ ۚ نِعْمَ الْمَوْلَىٰ وَنِعْمَ النَّصِيرُ﴾
[ الأنفال: 40]

And if they turn away, then know that Allah is your Maula (Patron, Lord, Protector and Supporter, etc.), (what) an Excellent Maula, and (what) an Excellent Helper!
